Moose x Smyths Toys Nominate someone to win the ultimate Christmas toy bundle Terms & Conditions 

BY ENTERING THE COMPETITON, YOU (“ENTRANT” OR “YOU”) (OR YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS) MUST AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. 

1. This is the ‘Moose x Smyths Toys Nominate someone to win the ultimate Christmas toy bundle’ competition (“Competition”). By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Eligibility 

2. Entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (“UK”), except: 

2.1        employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; 

2.2        employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or 

2.3        members of the immediate families or households of 2.1 and 2.2 above. 

1. If you are under the age of eighteen as at the start date of the Competition you must obtain your parents’ or legal guardians’ prior permission to enter. If the Promoter asks you to do so, you must provide your parent’s or legal guardian’s email address to the Promoter. The Promoter may check that your parent/legal guardian has given consent by sending an email to them to ask them to confirm their agreement to your participation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  

1. If you do not provide the Promoter with contact details for your parent or legal guardian, and/or they do not verify that they have given you prior permission to enter, you will be disqualified.  

1. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition. 

1. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are: 

6.1  automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

6.2 completed by third parties or in bulk; 

6.3  illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or 

6.4 incomplete. 

How to enter. 

1. This Competition will run from 6.00am (GMT) on 09/12/2025 TO 11:59pm (GMT) on 15/12/2025 inclusive (“Competition Period”). 

1. You can enter this Competition by following @moosetoys_uk AND @smythstoys on TikTok (“Moose Tik Tok” and “Smyths Toys Tik Tok”) and liking the ‘Moose x Smyths Toys Nominate someone to win the ultimate Christmas toy bundle’ competition post and commenting with the @name (handle) of someone  who deserves to win this ultimate Christmas toy bundle - tagging a friend (“Entry”), and reposting the competition post. 

1. Only one tag per comment. Entrants can comment multiple times. Both tagger and tagged account needs to follow both @moosetoys_uk and @smythstoys and like the collaboration competition post shown on both accounts.  

1. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable Entries will be deemed invalid. 

1. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. 

1. Multiple entries are permitted but each entry must tag a separate friend. 

1. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 

1. Any costs associated with entering the Competition is the Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.  

Winners. 

1. The winner (“Winner”) will be randomly selected from the valid entries on 16/12/2025 via a comments picker tool used to select a winner at random. 

1. Random selection of comments will take place on 16/12/2025 (“Prize Determination Date”).  

Claiming the Prize.  

1. The Winner will be announced on TikTok @moosetoys_uk stories and in the comments of the ‘Moose x Smyths Toys Nominate someone to win the ultimate Christmas toy bundle’ competition post. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the Winner via Direct Message within 3 days of the Prize Determination Date. If the Promoter is unable to contact the Winner, or the Winner has not claimed their Prize within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date  The Winner will need to respond to @moosetoys_uk to arrange for collection of the Prize.  

1. The Promoter will post the Prize to the Winner (or, if they are under 18, the person identified by them as their parent or legal guardian) within 30 days of the Prize Determination Date by courier. The Promoter and its associated agencies, and companies associated with this Competition will take no responsibility for Prizes damaged or lost in transit. 

1. The Promoter may require the Winner to verify their identity, proof of age, proof of entry, proof of residency at the nominated Prize delivery address for themselves and their parent or guardian in order to claim a Prize. The Promoter may also require that the Winner and/or their parent or legal guardian provide their National Insurance Number and/or Unique Taxpayer Reference if requested. If the Winner does not provide any information set out in this clause 17 to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction, they may be disqualified.  

The Prize.  

1. Subject to verification, the Winner will receive the following Prize: A Smyth Toys Gift card to the value of 50 pounds. The person the Winner has nominated will receive the ultimate Christmas bundle of Moose Toys  valued at over 250 pounds containing a Bluey Supermarket, MrBeast Lab Hybrids, Little Live Pets My Baby Panda and other Moose Toys items at the discretion of the promoter.  

1. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a Prize in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.  

1. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the Winner is not able to take up the Prize. 

1. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this Competition is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.  

1. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname and county of the major prize winner and, if applicable, their winning entries in the ‘Moose x Smyths Toys Nominate someone to Win the Ultimate Christmas bundle’ competition post on 19/12/2025 (“Announcement Date”). 

1. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter Moose Toys Ltd via email: [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.  

Limitation of Liability.  

1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Data Protection and Publicity.  

1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy or, in the case of the personal information of children under the age of 13, the Promoter’s Children’s Privacy Policy.  The Promoter’s Privacy Policy and Promoter’s Children’s Privacy Policy are available at http://www.moosetoys.com/privacy-policy. See also condition 24 and condition 25, with regard to the announcement of winners. 

General. 

1. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Competition should be directed to Moose Toys Ltd at Unit 3, Hurling Way St Colomb Major Business Park, St Columb Major, Cornwall TR9 6SX, United Kingdom. The information you provide will only be used in the ways outlined in these Terms and Conditions. 

1. Just because the Promoter does not enforce its rights against the Entrant now does not mean that it has given up the right to do so in future.  

1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom. 

1.   To obtain a copy of these Terms & Conditions or for notification of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Moose Toys Ltd Unit 3, Hurling Way St Colomb Major Business Park, St Columb Major, Cornwall TR9 6SX, United Kingdom. Please specify whether you are requesting a copy of these Terms & Conditions or a winners’ list and the name of the Competition.  Requests for winners’ lists must be received no later than three (3) months after the end of the Competition Period.
