NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, YOU (“ENTRANT” OR “YOU”) (OR YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS) MUST AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

1. This is the Moose Toys Win a Shopkins Goodie Bag giveaway (“Giveaway”). By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

2. Entry is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least sixteen (16) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. The following persons are not eligible to enter:

1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

3. members of the immediate families or households of 2.1 and 2.2 above.

3. If you are aged 16 or 17 at the start date of the Giveaway you must obtain your parents’ or legal guardians’ prior permission to enter.

4. If a Winner is aged 16 or 17 and does not provide the Promoter with contact details for their parent or legal guardian upon request, and/or their parent or legal guardian does not verify that they have given prior permission to enter, the Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Giveaway.

6. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:

1. automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
2. completed by third parties or in bulk;
3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
4. incomplete.

How to enter.

7. This Giveaway will run from 10am (PT) on 09/09/26 to 11.59pm (PT) on 09/16/26 inclusive (“Giveaway Period”).

8. You can enter this Giveaway on TikTok or Instagram by following @officialshopkins on TikTok or Instagram and liking the Moose Toys Win a Shopkins Goodie Bag giveaway post and commenting with the @name (handle) of someone who also loves Shopkins, tagging a friend (“Entry”). An alternative free method of entry not requiring a social media account is also available; see below.

9. Only one tag per comment. Entrants can comment multiple times. The Entrant needs to follow @officialshopkins and like the giveaway post. Tagged friends must be at least 16 years of age. Entries tagging an account belonging to a person under 16 will be deemed invalid.

10. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable Entries will be deemed invalid.

11. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.

12. Multiple entries are permitted but each entry must tag a separate friend.

13. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of

cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

14. Any costs associated with entering the Giveaway is the Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.

15. Alternative Method of Entry. To enter without a social media account, hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Moose Toys LLC, Attn: Shopkins Goodie Bag Giveaway, 737 Campus Square West, El Segundo, CA 90245. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received no later than seven (7) days after the end of the Giveaway Period. Limit one mail-in entry per stamped envelope. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as social media entries.

Winners.

16. 3 winners (“The Winners”) will be randomly selected from the valid entries on the Prize Determination Date via a comments picker tool used to select a winner at random. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

17. Random selection of comments will take place on 09/24/26 (“Prize Determination Date”).

Claiming the Prize.

18. The Winner will be announced on the @officialshopkins TikTok and Instagram stories and in the comments of the Moose Toys Win a Shopkins Goodie Bag giveaway post. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the Winner via Direct Message within 3 days of the Prize Determination Date. If the Promoter is unable to contact the Winner, or the Winner has not claimed their Prize within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the end of the Giveaway Period. The Winner will need to respond to @officialshopkins to arrange for delivery of the Prize.

19. The Promoter will ship the Prize to the Winner (or, if they are under 18, the person identified by them as their parent or legal guardian) within 30 days of the Prize Determination Date. The Promoter and its associated agencies, and companies associated with this Giveaway will take no responsibility for Prizes damaged or lost in transit.

20. The Promoter may require the Winner to verify their identity, proof of age, proof of entry, and proof of residency at the nominated Prize delivery address in order to claim a Prize. If the Winner is under 18, the Winner must also provide contact details for their parent or legal guardian, and such parent or legal guardian must verify their consent to the Winner's participation. If the Winner does not provide any information set out in this clause to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction, they may be disqualified.

The Prize.

21. Subject to verification, each Winner will receive the following Prize: A Shopkins goodie bag with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $100 each, containing Shopkins items at the discretion of the Promoter. Total ARV of all Prizes: $300

22. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a Prize in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.

23. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the Winner is not able to take up the Prize.

24. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this Giveaway is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

25. A winners list will be made available upon request. To request the winners list or a copy of these Terms and Conditions, see condition 32.

26. The Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with the Prize. If required by law, the Promoter will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the Winner for the ARV of the Prize, and the Winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the Prize.

27. The Winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Giveaway if requested by the Promoter. Other than as set out in condition 18 and 27, the Promoter will not use the Winner's name, image or entry in any promotional materials without the Winner's prior consent (or, if the Winner is under 18, the consent of their parent or legal guardian).

Limitation of Liability.

28. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

29. By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the Prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter.

Data Protection and Publicity.

30. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.moosetoys.com/privacy-policy. See also condition 24, with regard to the winners list.

General.

31. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Giveaway should be directed to Moose Toys LLC at 737 Campus Square West, El Segundo, CA 90245. The information you provide will only be used in the ways outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

32. Just because the Promoter does not enforce its rights against the Entrant now does not mean that it has given up the right to do so in future.

33. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

34. To obtain a copy of these Terms & Conditions or for the winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Moose Toys LLC, 737 Campus Square West, El Segundo, CA 90245, or email [email protected]. Please specify whether you are requesting a copy of these Terms & Conditions or a winners list and the name of the Giveaway. Requests for winners lists must be received no later than three (3) months after the end of the Giveaway Period.

35. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok or Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Giveaway must be directed to the Promoter and not to TikTok or Instagram. By entering, you release TikTok, Instagram and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway.
