OFFICIAL RULES

  1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law, in Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, and outside the United States. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. The Bluey Collectible Box Instagram Contest (the “Promotion”) begins on October 15, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on October 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). Promoter’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.  

  2. IMPORTANT: By participating in this promotion, you agree that these Official Rules, apply to your participation in the Promotion, and form a valid binding contract between you and Moose Toys LLC (“Promoter”), so read them carefully before participating. If you do not agree to any part of these Official Rules, you are not authorized to submit an entry or otherwise participate in this Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR INDEMNIFICATION OF THE PROMOTER AND OTHER PROMOTION ENTITIES BY YOU, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
  3. PARTICIPATION OF LICENSORS IN THE PROMOTION: This Promotion is in no way promoted or endorsed by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Instagram), BBC Studios Distribution Limited, Ludo Studio Pty Ltd, Estrelle, LLC, General Mills Inc., The Campbell’s Company, Bush Brothers and Company, Zak Designs, Inc., Handstand Kids LLC, Penguin Random House LLC or any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.
  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: All right, title, and interest in and to any and all trademarks, word marks, service marks, copyrights, moral rights, any other intellectual property rights or indicia of ownership (the “Licensor IP”) shall remain vested in their respective owners. Promoter makes no claim of ownership in any intellectual property rights in any of the Licensor IP owned by Meta Platforms, Inc (including Instagram), BBC Studios Distribution Limited, Ludo Studio Pty Ltd, Estrelle LLC, General Mills Inc., The Campbell’s Company, Bush Brothers and Company, Zak Designs Inc., Handstand Kids LLC, Penguin Random House LLC or any other Licensor IP that was not or is not currently owned by the Promoter.
  5. PROMOTER: The Promoter for this Promotion is Moose Toys LLC, of 737 Campus Square West, El Segundo, CA 90245, USA, and its affiliates.
  6. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents who are over the age of majority ie 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) [except for residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island] (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors and agents of Promoter, any other entity involved in the presentation, administration or fulfillment of the Promotion, and/or their respective subsidiaries, affiliated companies and divisions (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (defined as any spouse, partner, parent, legal guardian, sibling, child, legal ward, grandparent, or grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

  7. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, you may enter the Promotion by going to https://www.instagram.com/moosetoys and following the Entry instructions outlined in the Promotion announcement post (the “Post”).
    Upon completion of the instructions and submission of your comment you will be entered with one (1) entry into the Promotion (each an “Entry”). Multiple Entries are permitted.
    Please note: By entering in this Promotion, you signify and agree that your Entry and any other materials submitted in connection with this Promotion (the “Winner Materials”) may be posted on Promoter’s website and/or other social media sites or applications associated with the Promotion in a manner that is consistent with these Official Rules. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your internet or phone service may apply. If you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.
    Automated Entries, Entries which use or in any way incorporate artificial intelligence or any other simulation of human intelligence or process through the use of a machine or computer system (collectively, “Artificial Intelligence”), either in the creation or submission of the Entry or as a part of any Entry, and/or third-party Entries are prohibited. Any Entry that was created by using, or in any way incorporates, Artificial Intelligence, or that was created or made by a third party, will be void, and the Entrant who submitted such an Entry may be disqualified at Promoter’s sole discretion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or social media account. Any attempt by any Entrant to use multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses, social media accounts or any other method will void all of that Entrant’s Entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified at Promoter’s discretion. Normal internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your Internet or phone service may apply. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Promoter and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected or illegible Entries; lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware) or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of an Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Promoter. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person associated with the social media account submitting an Entry for the Promotion. The Potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder before being verified as a Prize Winner.

  8. SELECTION OF WINNERS: On or about November 3, 2025, Promoter will select the names of Potential Winners of Prizes from among all eligible Entries received (the “Potential Winner(s)”). Prizes will be awarded to six (6) eligible Entries selected by Promoter. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible Entries received.
    The Potential Winners will be notified on or about November 4, 2025, via direct message on the Instagram account used to enter the Promotion. Prize Winners’ consent to providing a photo or video of themselves with their Prize as part of the Winner Materials if requested by the Promoter, and consent to the use of such Winner Materials and their name (except where prohibited by law) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promoter, the Website and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. Except where legally prohibited, in addition to supplying the Winner Materials and providing an assignment thereof, in a form provided by Promoter, in order to claim their Prize (as defined below) each Potential Winner must sign and return, within seven (7) days of being notified, a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (together, the “Winner Release”). If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted via the Instagram account used to enter the Promotion after the first attempt to contact them, or if they fail to sign and return any documentation that Promoter may require within the required time period (if applicable), if Potential Winner is unable or unavailable to claim Prize within any time period specified by Promoter, or in the event that a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, that Potential Winner will forfeit their Prize automatically and without further communication from Promoter, and Promoter will award the applicable prize to an alternate Potential Winner selected by the Promoter from among all remaining eligible Entries. If Promoter is unable to determine and verify a Potential Winner after repeated alternate Entry selections or if they fail to receive a sufficient number of Entries to correspond to the number of Prize(s) available to be awarded, Promoter reserves the right to not award any or all of the Prize(s).

  9. VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS: ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY PROMOTER, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. A POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER IS NOT THE WINNER OF ANY PRIZE(S) UNTIL THE PROMOTER HAS COMPLETED VERIFICATION OF THE POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER TO PROMOTER’S REASONABLE SATISFACTION. UPON THE COMPLETION OF SATISFACTORY VERIFICATION OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER SUCH POTENTIAL WINNER SHALL BECOME A PRIZE WINNER (“PRIZE WINNER”) .

  10. PRIZES: Six (6) Prize Winners will each win one (1) Bluey Let’s Play Chef prize box (each a “Prize”). Each Prize consists of one (1) Moose Toys Bluey Supermarket Playset (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $49.99, one (1) box of Bluey General Mills cereal (ARV $5.00), one (1) can of Campbell’s SpaghettiOs (ARV $1.80), one (1) can of Bush’s Best Bluey Baked Beans (ARV $2.50), two (2) ZAK Designs 17.05oz action lid Riverside water bottles (ARV 22.99), one (1) Handstand Kitchen Blue Cooking and Baking Set (ARV21.99), one (1) Penguin Random House Blue Cheese and Crackers coloring book (ARV $5.99), and one (1) Bluey chef’s outfit (ARV $7.99). Total ARV of each Prize: $118.25. Total ARV of all six (6) Prizes to be awarded: $709.50. Limit one (1) Prize per Prize Winner.

  11. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of the Prize Winner. Prize values are based upon recommended retail prices at the time of printing. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any change in Prize value between the date of printing and the Prize redemption date.
    Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Promoter reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions at their sole discretion. Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen Prize(s). Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Only the number of Prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Promotion. If, by reason of a print or other error, more Prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, Potential Winner(s) will be selected in accordance with the Potential Winner selection method described above from among all eligible Entrants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of Prizes available. Promoter is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or those outside of their control.
    The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Prizes to the delivery addresses provided by the Prize Winner in the Winner Release. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any Prizes returned to the Promoter due to non-delivery at the provided address will be re-sent to the Prize Winner, unless an alternative, valid delivery address is provided. The Promoter and its associated agencies, and companies associated with this Promotion will take no responsibility for Prizes damaged or lost in transit.

  12. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Promotion participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, to Promoter’s website Terms of Use (available at https://www.moosetoys.com/terms-of-use) (the “Promoter’s Terms of Use”), and to Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements (in any and/or all media) contained in any Promotion materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Promoter. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  13. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW(S), AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK ALL REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW OR EQUITY. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold, revoke, reduce, terminate, or suspend your access to all or any portion of this Promotion, without notice, if the Promoter determines or suspects, in its sole discretion, that you: (a) are in violation of the Promoter’s Terms of Use, these Official Rules, or any other contract between you and Promoter; or (b) have engaged in any illegal, fraudulent, tortious, injurious, harmful, or abusive conduct in your participation in this Promotion and/or use of any related websites, content, or information; or (c) are attempting to tamper with or to undermine any website associated with the Promotion, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; or violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
    Promoter and its agents are not responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of Entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Promoter. If, for any reason, the Promotion cannot be run as planned, Promoter may disqualify any suspect Entries and (a) suspend the Promotion and modify the Promotion to address the impairment, then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) terminate the Promotion and award the Prize from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment.

  14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS PROMOTION ENTITIES, PROMOTER, META PLATFORMS, INC. (INCLUDING INSTAGRAM), BBC STUDIOS DISTRIBUTION LIMITED, ESTRELLE, LLC, GENERAL MILLS, INC., THE CAMPBELL’S COMPANY, BUSH BROTHERS AND COMPANY, ZAK DESIGNS, INC., HANDSTAND KIDS, LLC, PENGUIN RANDOM HOUSE, LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), AND THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THIS PROMOTION CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED OR CONDUCTED OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS RESULTING OR ARISING FROM ACTS OF GOD, WAR, OR TERRORISM, CIVIL UNREST, STRIKES, SUPPLY SHORTAGES, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, PANDEMICS, EPIDEMICS, WIDESPREAD ILLNESS, COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR ORDER OF A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR ACT, EVENT OR OCCURRENCE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE PROMOTER. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND,
    INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE.

  15. PUBLICITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RELEASE: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION CONSTITUTES PERMISSION AND GRANT TO PROMOTER (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF PROMOTER) AND ITS DESIGNEES THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, THE WINNER’S ENTRY, NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, (INCLUDING ANY PICTURE OR VIDEO PROVIDED BY A WINNER AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF A WINNER’S RELEASE) VOICE, LIKENESS, OPINIONS AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HOMETOWN AND STATE), PRIZE INFORMATION, QUOTES ATTRIBUTABLE TO WINNER, AND ANY OTHER ELEMENTS OF ENTRANT’S PERSONA FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION OR NOTIFICATION, INCLUDING IN A LIST TO BE USED BY PROMOTER AND ITS DESIGNEES AND ITS PARTNERS TO RE-TARGET ENTRANTS VIA EMAIL OR ANY PROMOTER APP, UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
    BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, YOU GRANT THE PROMOTER AN IRREVOCABLE, PERPETUAL, ROYALTY FREE, ASSIGNABLE, SUB-LICENSABLE, FREELY TRANSFERABLE, AND WORLDWIDE LICENSE TO USE YOUR ENTRY FOR ANY AND ALL PURPOSES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TO PROMOTE THIS PROMOTION (INCLUDING ANY OUTCOME), AND TO PROMOTE THE PROMOTER AND ANY PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED, DISTRIBUTED AND/OR SUPPLIED BY THE PROMOTER.
    WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AND EXCEPT FOR ANY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE PROVIDED WITH INDIVIDUAL PRIZES, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING EACH WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION AND ALL PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

  16. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the appropriate District of California or the appropriate State Court located in California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Promoter in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) that could cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

  17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Official Rules, together with the Privacy Policy and Promoter Terms of Use referenced and incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Promoter with respect to this Promotion.

  18. SEVERABILITY: If any term or provision or these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.

  19. PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.moosetoys.com/privacy-policy. Entrants agree that Promoter and Promoter’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, or service providers may use Entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest.

  20. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNERS LIST: For a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Moose Toys LLC at 737 Campus Square West, El Segundo, CA 90245, USA. Please specify whether you are requesting a copy of these Official Rules or a list of Prize Winners and the name of the Competition. Requests for lists of Prize Winners must be received no later than six (6) months after the end of the Promotion Period. Vermont residents may exclude return postage on requests for Official Rules.
