TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter. The promoter is Moose Toys Ltd, company number 01606138, of Unit 3 Hurling Way, St Columb Major Business Park, St Columb Major, Cornwall, TR9 6SX, United Kingdom (“we” or “us”). By entering, you accept these terms.
  1. Not a TikTok promotion. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok. By entering, you release TikTok from all liability in connection with it. Please direct any questions to us, not to TikTok.
  1. Who can enter. To enter you must: (a) be aged 18 or over; (b) live in the United Kingdom and (c) be enrolled as a student at a university or higher education institution in the United Kingdom. Our employees, our agencies’ employees, and their immediate families and households cannot enter. We will ask each winner for proof of age and current enrolment. This can be a valid student ID card or a confirmation email from a university email address.
  1. Dates. The draw opens at 00:01 on Friday 16 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Friday 30 October 2026 (UK time). We will not accept entries posted outside this period.
  1. How to enter. To enter you must: (a) film a video of up to 120 seconds of you and/or your friends playing Bananagrams; (b) post it publicly on TikTok during the entry period; and (c) include #BananagramsOnCampus and #Competition in the caption. Your video must remain public on TikTok until the winners have been drawn.

No purchase is necessary. You may use your own copy of Bananagrams, or one belonging to a friend, your hall of residence or your university. We do not require proof of purchase.

Each video counts as one entry. You can enter up to 3 times, and each entry must be a different video. Entries over this limit will be disqualified.

Your video must be your own original content. Everyone who appears in it must be 18 or over and must have agreed to appear.

We are not responsible for entries we cannot see because of TikTok privacy settings, technical faults or outages.

  1. Content rules. Your video must not: (a) be unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or sexually explicit; (b) show unsafe behaviour or the use of alcohol or drugs; (c) include anyone under 18; (d) infringe anyone else’s rights, including music rights; or (e) breach TikTok’s Community Guidelines. We may disqualify any entry that breaks these rules.
  1. Winner selection. We will select 3 winners at random from all valid entries by Friday 6 November 2026. The draw will use a computer process that produces verifiably random results. Each person can win only one prize. All entries have the same chance of winning, however many people play in a video.
  1. Prizes. Each winner will receive: (a) a £150 Uber Eats voucher, (b) a Moose Games bundle containing MrBeast The Ultimate Game, Flipslide and Do You Really Know Your Family worth approximately £60.

Vouchers are subject to the issuer’s terms, including any expiry date. We are not responsible for anything the issuer does or fails to do.

There is no cash alternative, and prizes cannot be transferred. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners are responsible for any tax due on their prize.

  1. Notification and delivery. We will contact winners by TikTok direct message within 7 days of the draw.

Each winner must reply within 14 days with their delivery details and proof of eligibility. If a winner does not reply in time, or is not eligible, we may draw a replacement winner. Any replacement winner will be drawn in the same way as set out in clause 7.

We will deliver prizes within 30 days of the closing date. You do not have to pay anything to claim or receive a prize.

  1. Winners’ details. After the draw, we will make available each winner’s name and county. If you object to this, email [email protected]. If you object, we will still give your details to the advertising regulator if it asks. We may feature winners and their videos in publicity after the draw.
  1. Use of your video. You keep the copyright in your video. By entering, you give us and our group companies permission to use, edit and share your video and TikTok handle for marketing. This applies in any media, worldwide, without payment. It is non-exclusive and has no time limit. You confirm you have the right to give us this permission.
  1. Your data. We will use your personal data only to run this draw and deliver the prizes, in line with our privacy notice at Privacy Policy (www.moosetoys.com/gb/privacy-policy).
  1. General. We may cancel, suspend or change this draw only for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

We may disqualify anyone who breaches these terms or uses fake accounts or automated entries.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
