Mama Surprise Minis comes as a Lil’ Bunny or Lil’ Mouse. There are up to 4 adorable babies to discover with adorable little unique poses! Experience the surprise and delight of caring for Mama and discovering her babies, again and again.
Ensure you are pushing the celery accessory as far as possible into the mouth using the thin end.
Before playing, ensure the two locks under the hutch and one on the side of the hutch is removed.
Make sure the water bottle has been filled with water after inserting it onto the hutch and that there is space around the Mama in the hutch for the babies.
Ensure the water bottle has been placed in the hutch sitting straight with the spout sticking through the holes on the side of the hutch.
The babies will not be revealed immediately the first time. Make sure you have waited at least 40-80 minutes after loading the water bottle into the hutch and filling the water.
There may be a jam in the dispensing mechanism. Open the top cover and remove anything jammed around the sliding door.
Only put the babies in the chamber on the top of the hutch. Other items may stop the mechanism from working.
To drain the hutch, empty the water by tipping it out of the bottle spout hole. Then take the straw bedding out of the hutch and wipe the inside of hutch with a dry cloth.
When filling the water bottle, ensure that you do not exceed the fill line. Additional water is not required and will lead to overfilling and leakage.
There may be a potential jam. Remove the water bottle from hutch and check if there is nothing jammed around the sliding door. Then slide the door until it clicks into its closed position.
After repeated play, your Mama Surprise Mini may develop some dirt/marks on its soft surface.
There are two recommended options to clean your Mama Surprise Minis:
– Suede/Fabric Brush – Gently comb affected area.
– Damp cloth – Dampen a clean white cloth with a mixture of lukewarm water and mild detergent/shampoo.
IMPORTANT: Ensure cloth is only damp and there is no residual water. Gently dab the affected areas to clean the surface. Avoid scrubbing, as this could remove the flocking.
